Within the framework of the upcoming General Assembly of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry France-Mozambique (CCIFM), scheduled for Tuesday, 2 June 2026, at 17:00, at Vista Bank Villa Premium, located at Avenida Friedrich Engels No. 400, Maputo,
The agenda will be as follows:
- Approval of the Minutes of the last General Assembly (10 December 2025) – vote
- Audited Accounts for the year 2025 – vote (see the ‘Relatorio & Parecer’ of the Fiscal Committee, as well as financial statements and letter from our auditors)
- Election of 2 members to the Board of Directors
- Election of 2 members to the Fiscal Committee
