Tempus - Pesquisa Nacional de Benefícios e Gestão de Capital Humano 2025

A Câmara de Comércio Moçambique-França, em parceria com a Tempus Global Group, tem o prazer de convidar todos os seus membros a participar na 4.ª edição da Pesquisa Nacional de Benefícios e Gestão de Capital Humano. Esta pesquisa é gratuita e deverá ser preenchida pelo gestor de RH e foca-se em cinco pilares essenciais da Proposta de Valor ao Colaborador: Compensação e Benefícios, Carreira, Ambiente de Trabalho, Cultura e Equilíbrio entre Vida Profissional e Pessoal. Responder ao questionário levará aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos do seu dia.
A grande vantagem das organizações que participarem neste estudo é que receberão um relatório geral e benchmarking da organização, ou seja, poderão adotar boas práticas e alcançar um melhor desempenho no mercado em comparação com a concorrência.
As organizações envolvidas no estudo terão também a oportunidade de participar no evento de apresentação dos resultados (em novembro) e de serem elegíveis para o programa Elite Employer 2026– um programa desenhado para reconhecer a excelência das organizações que mais investem no seu Capital Humano, com base nas informações mensuráveis da pesquisa.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Mozambique in partnership with Tempus Global Group is pleased to invite all its members to participate in the 4th edition of the Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey. This survey must be completed by the HR manager and focuses on five essential pillars of the Employee Value Proposition: Compensation and Benefits, Career, Work Environment, Work-Life Balanceand Culture. Answering the questionnaire will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes out of your day.
The great advantage of organizations taking part in this survey is that they will receive a general report and benchmarking of the organization, i.e., they will adopt good practices, achieving better performance in the market compared to the competition.
Organizations involved in the study also have the chance to take part in the results presentation event that usually takes place in November and to be eligible for Elite Employer 2026 - a program designed to recognize the excellence of organizations that invest the most in their Human Capital, based on the measurable information from the survey.
