CCIFM Supporting the Mission of Grand Port Maritime de La Réunion: Strengthening SmartPort and GreenPort Cooperation Between Mozambique and La Réunion
This week, Camara de Comercio e Industria França-Moçambique CCIFM was pleased to support the mission of Grand Port Maritime De La Réunion in Maputo, bringing together teams from Portos e Caminhos de Ferro de Moçambique (CFM) & CFM Logistics for productive exchanges on SmartPort and GreenPort initiatives.
These working sessions provided an opportunity to share expertise, identify priorities, and discuss concrete actions to accelerate the digital and sustainable transformation of Mozambique's key ports— Maputo, Matola, Beira, Nacala, and Pemba. Discussions focused on key topics including energy transition, climate change adaptation, waste management, and the development of smarter, more efficient port operations.
This mission marks another important step in strengthening cooperation between Mozambique and LaRéunion, while contributing to the development of a more resilient, innovative, and sustainable port ecosystem across the region.
