Tempus Global Group | 2026 National Benefits Survey

Camara de Comercio e Industria França-Moçambique CCIFM, in partnership with Tempus Global Group, is pleased to invite its members to participate in the 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲, which is currently underway. The survey should be completed by HR Manager or HR representative and focuses on five key pillars of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP): 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

One of the key benefits for organizations participating in this survey is the 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. This allows organizations to identify and adopt best practices, assess their positioning in the market, and improve their performance compared to their competitors.

Organizations participating in the study will also have the opportunity to attend the results presentation event, which is usually held in November, and may be elegible for the 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 programme – an initiative designed to recognize organizations that demonstrate excellence in investing in their Human Capital, based on measurable information collected through the survey.
