A presente Tax Alert visa alertar sobre os aspectos relevantes das obrigações fiscais/parafiscais de carácter periódico bem como destacar aquelas que não sendo, devam ser cumpridas no ou a partir do presente mês.

This Tax Alert aims to highlight the key aspects of periodic tax and parafiscal obligations, as well as to point out those that, although not periodic, must be fulfilled in or from the current month.

Em particular, neste mês destacamos as obrigações cambiais em torno das operações das entidades que operam no ramo de petróleo e gás, previstas no Aviso n.º 3/GBM/2024 e Aviso n.º 2/GBM/2025. 

In particular, this month we highlight the foreign exchange obligations related to the operations of entities operating in the oil and gas sector, as set out in Notice No. 3/GBM/2024 and Notice No. 2/GBM/2025.
