Ipyana Lazaro is a Carl Partner at Mazars and the founding partner of Wiscon Associates Certified Public Accountants (Now Mazars, Tanzania). He has over 20 years of experience in serving diverse clientele in Tanzania in areas of taxation, audit, accounting, financial management, and capacity building to Government, Public, and Private sectors.

He serves a diverse sectors of the economy including; public sectors (covering NGO’s, donor funded projects, listed companies, public corporation), Insurance sector, banking and microfinance sector and the trading sectors. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice; holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration; and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy. Ipyana is an active member of the National Board of Accountans and Auditors (NBAA); The Tanzania Association of Accountants; and The Institute of Directors of Tanzania (IoDT). He has extensive experience in providing internal audits, statutory audits, investigations, due diligence reviews and internal controls system reviews.

He has served several clients both private and public sector including projects and donor funded projects.
