Greg Boy is a senior manager in the Tax Consulting department, having joined in May 2018, with 9 years’ previous Big 4 experience.

He has provided corporate and international tax advice and dispute resolution to a wide array of multinational and domestic clients in various industries, with a focus on financial services, renewable energy and retail.

Greg Boy has performed a number of multi-country due diligence engagements across a number of industries. He has managed and coordinated multi-country pan-African tax health checks, tax mitigation projects, restructuring transactions and the development of tax standard operating procedures for various multinational groups.

Throughout his career, Greg Boy has presented technical tax training both internally and to clients, and has assisted in providing comments to National Treasury on behalf of EY and Mazars on changes to tax legislation.
