Advisory & Consulting (AAC)

Is a Mozambican entity incorporated in 2017, with a vision of creating a tax specialist-focused firm primarily aimed at supporting large multinationals by providing unique solutions to properly address their individual needs.

AAC is been focused on assisting its clients on the analysis of the tax implications arising from several transactions, mainly design of investment and funding structures in Mozambique, due diligence projects, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of domestic and international economic groups.
