TEMPUS: HR Pulse | Business Breakfast
On 17th June, the Camara de Comercio e Industria França-Moçambique CCIFM held the inaugural edition of “HRPulse”, a new initiative made possible with the generous support of one of our valued members, Tempus Global Group.
The session focused on a highly relevant and timely topic: “Supporting Employees in Times of Crisis: Is Your Company Prepared?”. A theme that resonates deeply, especially in light of the recent months marked by rapid change, uncertainty, and disruption — both globally and here in Mozambique.
In such contexts, an organisation's ability to support and safeguard its most important asset — its people — becomes more crucial than ever.
In an engaging and interactive format, HR professionals in attendance benefited from valuable insights and best practices shared by Iraci J., Director & Senior Partner at Tempus Global Group.
