Tempus Global Group presents in Mozambique the results of the 2nd Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey

Tempus Global Group presents in Mozambique the results of the 2nd Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management National Survey which aims to assess the organizations from the Human Resources (HR) point of view. In this edition, the study also included a sample of employees.

The Survey is qualitative, free of charge, and focuses on four pillars of the Employee Value Proposition, which are: Compensation & Benefits, Career, Work Environment, and Culture. It took place in all provinces of the country (except Zambezia), with Maputo and Cabo Delgado registering the highest representation. This year's edition registered a 30% increase in the number of participations compared to 2021, which had 140 participations.

Among the results of the study, it is worth highlighting the fact that 66% of the workers in the participating organizations indicated health insurance as the benefit they value most. In the list of most preferred benefits come the 13th salary, life insurance, training allowance and funeral insurance (in the case of NGOs) and the 14th salary (in the private sector).

The great advantage of participating in this survey is the benchmarking of the organization, i.e. the adoption of good practices, achieving a better performance in the market, compared to the competition.

This survey was sponsored by Hollard Seguros Moçambique and Sanlam, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Mozambique, CTA - Confederation of Business Associations of Mozambique, and Moz Parks.
