A presente Tax Newsletter visa alertar sobre os aspectos relevantes das obrigações fiscais/parafiscais de carácter periódico bem como destacar aquelas que não sendo, devam ser cumpridas no ou a partir do presente mês. 

Neste mês, destacamos os fundamentos legais, as modalidades e as implicações práticas da responsabilidade tributária solidária e subsidiária, conforme disposto no Lei Geral Tributária (Lei n.º 2/2006 de 22 de Março).  

No entanto, note-se que esta publicação não é de carácter exaustivo, nem tão pouco dispensa a consulta da legislação aplicável e destina-se exclusivamente a ser distribuída aos clientes e parceiros da Forvis Mazars.

INTRODUCTORY NOTE

The purpose of this Tax Newsletter is to draw attention to the relevant aspects of tax /parafiscal obligations of a periodic nature, as well as to highlight those in spite of not being of this nature should be complied during or from this month. 

This month, we highlight the legal foundations, types, and practical implications of joint and subsidiary tax liability, as established under the General Tax Law (Law No. 2/2006 of 22 March).

However, it should be noted that this publication is not exhaustive and does not waive the consultation of the applicable legislation and is intended exclusively to be distributed to Forvis Mazars customers and partners.
