SOCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - Workshop CCIFM & TotalEnergies August 1st, 2022 - 14h to 17h
Communication addressed ONLY and exclusively to the members of the CCIFM:
Dear members,
I am hereby following up on the CCIFM’s April 5th 2022 Business Breakfast with TotalEnergies.
During the event, Country Chair Maxime Rabilloud suggested that the CCIFM acts as a “catalyzer” in coordinating presentations of our member companies who have in mind some CSR projects with a socio-economic impact they would like to see develop & funded by TotalEnergies, and that would enable displaced populations and life to return to northern Cabo Delgado.
The CCIFM and TotalEnergies will hence be organizing a collective group workshop on Monday, August 1st from 14h to 17h (Hotel Conference venue to be confirmed).
A few points to bear in mind:
- Each member company interested will have 10 minutes to present their company and CSR initiative project to the TotalEnergies team composed by Ms Laila Chemane-Chilemba, VP Socioeconomic Development (SED), Mr. Leonardo Nhavoto, Head Local Content, Mr. Claudio Buque, Head of Renewables, and Mr. Frederico Paiva, Social Investment Manager.
- Each participating company will be hearing the presentations of each other as the overall objective is to build synergies between initiatives.
- Please inform me by return to this email your expression of interest before July 11th.
- Please send to me by email before July 25th the presentations you will be delivering.
In the meantime, you will find enclosed hereby a presentation from TotalEnergies on the areas of interest, geographies of interest and some projects being currently implemented.
