FRANCOTECA is already looking ahead to 2027!

Earlier this year, CCIFM invited its members to support FRANCOTECA, a Chapateca mobile library project selected through a French Embassy call for projects, dedicated to strengthening French language education, promoting reading and discovering the Francophone world in Maputo’s public secondary schools.

A huge thank you to CEVA, ECOLOG, HURETEK, OLEA, PONTICELLIand SINTAGMA, who answered the call and helped make the project a reality! 🙏

Activities in schools will continue until mid-November, followed by new community activities and Francophone holiday camps during December and January. Then comes 2027!

The initial 12-month funding ends in March, so if we want FRANCOTECA to continue, now is the time to prepare for it.

👉 To the current partners: we hope you will renew your support for 2027 — and make the most of FRANCOTECA! Invite it to your events, organise a field visit or involve your teams.

👉 And to the wider CCIFM community: this is a great opportunity to join the project!
