2025RS12 - Business Development Manager
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented French native speaking Business Development Managers to drive business growth by developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and offering tailored insurance solutions. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and eager to cater to the growing French -native speaking communities in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients within the French -speaking community.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products, including motor, health, property and corporate insurance.
3. Market Research and Networking:
- Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in community events, networking groups, and business forums to expand outreach within the -speaking community.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Provide feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in French along with excellent English communication skills.
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with the UAE insurance market and its regulatory environment is a plus.
Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
